About SM Auto Stamping Ltd

SM Auto Stamping Limited (SMASL) is an Indian auto-component manufacturer based in Nashik, established in 2006. SMASL provides sheet metal components, sub-assemblies and job-work services for clutches, brakes, engine mountings, chassis shaft drive, body trim bearings, etc. for the automotive and electrical industry. It complies with IATF 16949:2016 standards, and supplies high-quality products to reputable customers such as JBM Auto, SKF India, Mahindra CIE Automotive, Haldex India, Reliable Autotech and ABB India. SMASL was established by the promoters, Mr. Milind Kulkarni and Mr. Suresh Fegde, who previously created two partnership firms – M/s Spam Fab Technocrats in 1995 and M/s SM Industries in 1998. SMASL has three manufacturing units spread over 5000 sq. mtrs of leased industrial property.
