About Shanti Overseas (India) Ltd

Shanti Overseas India Ltd was formed in 2004 as a trading business for agricommodities followed by conversion to a private limited company in 2011 and public limited company in 2017. It is presently engaged in manufacturing of soya products and primary processing and trading of agri commodities such as chickpeas, soyabean, cracked corn, maize, yellow peas, pulses, etc. It has been awarded with One Star Export House status as well as ISO 22000:2005 and FSSAI Licence for processing activities. It also has Kosher and USFDA registrations. Recently, two wholly-owned subsidiaries have been incorporated namely Biograin Protinex Private Ltd and Shaan Agro Oils Extractions Private Ltd.
