Real Touch Finance Ltd, established in Kolkata in 1984, is a loan-providing business. In 2014/15, the company underwent a name change, from Associated Cereals Limited to Real Touch Finance Limited, and has since obtained Approval letters from both BSE and NSDL, although approval is still pending from CSDL and Department of Non Banking Supervision/Reserve Bank of India. Currently, a subsidiary of M/s Ultraplus Housing Estate Private Limited holds 68,696,200 shares of the company - accounting for 54.123% of the company's total shares in FY 2016.
