About Ravinder Heights Ltd

Ravinder Heights Limited (RvHL) was founded in April 2019 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Panacea Biotec Limited. The purpose of the company is the acquisition, construction, and development of townships, built-up infrastructure, housing, commercial premises, hotels, resorts, hospitals, educational institutions, recreational facilities, etc. On 30th May 2019, the Board of Directors approved a Scheme of Arrangement which was approved by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) on the 9th September 2020, and was made effective from 10th September 2020. This demerged the Real Estate Business Undertaking of the company into RvHL. All shareholders were allotted one fully paid-up equity share of Re 1 each for every share they held in the Demerged Company. Additionally, it was approved that on June 26 2020 and August 29 2020, there would be a Composite scheme of arrangement for the demerger of the Leasing business from Radhika Heights Limited into Meyten Realtech India Private Limited and an amalgamation of Cabana Structures Limited. As of March 2021, an agreement was signed to sell a business property of 325 square yards in Defence Colony, New Delhi for Rs. 6 crore. Out of this, an advance of Rs. 20 lakhs was received during the 202122 financial year.
