About TARC Ltd

TARC Limited is a real estate centric subsidiary of Anant Raj Limited, formerly known as Anant Raj Global Limited, incorporated in 2016 and is based in Delhi NCR, that has grown to become one of the largest real estate development companies and landholders there. They have over 350 acres of land within the municipal limits of the capital, and an additional 250 acre land parcel in Gurugram, Manesar, and Greater Noida. Recently, the company has launched various projects including residential and commercial, have sold over 95% of their inventory and have 400 families already moved in, and are developing additional projects, working to capitalize on technological innovation and increase customer access. Additionally, they have entered into an arrangement and successfully completed two of their land parcels to a global fund for a total consideration of 295 crores, and are assessing the potential of their assets over the foreseeable future.
