About Ansal Buildwell Ltd

Ansal Buildwell was incorporated in 1983, and taken over by the Ansal group in 1991. It specializes in real estate promotion, development, and construction of highrise multistoreyed buildings, commercial complexes, plots, and farm houses. Currently, the company is endeavoring to explore markets in smaller towns of Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan due to the sluggish real estate market. It has also high-tech construction contracts with a total value of Rs. 45 crores in the north-east sector of the country and back-to-back agreements for projects worth Rs. 125 crores with other companies. Additionally, Ansal Buildwell has ventured outside India with a joint venture company with Chaudhary Group of Nepal known as Ansal Chaudhary Developers Pvt. Ltd., which has successfully launched a Kathmandu Residency project.
