About Ramchandra Leasing and Finance Ltd

Ramchandra Leasing and Finance Limited (RLFL) was incorporated in Gujarat on 2nd February 1993, and was subsequently converted to a public limited company on 3rd January 1996. The company is promoted by Shri Rameshchandra M Patel and Shri Yogeshkumar N Joshi with the purpose of providing Leasing, Hire Purchase, Bill Discounting, Investment and Intercorporate Deposits services. RLFL is now looking to expand its activities in these areas and has come out with a public issue of 24,200,00 equity shares of Rs 10 each, amounting to Rs 242 Lacs. Promoters of the company have contributed a sum of Rs 269 Lacs towards the total of Rs 511 Lacs required.
