About Pee Cee Cosma Sope Ltd

Pee Cee Cosma Sope Ltd. was established in November 1986 as a private Indian company manufacturing and marketing laundry soap, detergent powder and cake. It became a public company in 1989 and the shares were listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange. In 2011, the merger of parent company Pee Cee Soap and Chemicals Pvt Ltd and Doctor Brand in Pee Cee Cosma Sope Ltd got approval from the Board and became effective from August 1. The transfer of shares of amalgamated company held as investment by amalgamating company was also transferred to resultant companies Shree Riddhi Siddhi Realtech Private Limited, Maya Infracon Private Limited and M2 Reality Private Limited.
