About Neogen Chemicals Ltd

Neogen Chemicals is one of India's leading specialty chemical manufacturers. Specialty chemicals add value to a range of products, varying on their purpose and are generally in lower volumes compared to other chemical products. Neogen manufactures an extensive range of specialty chemicals, 181 organic and 17 inorganic, and provides custom synthesis and contract manufacturing. The company has two manufacturing facilities in India at Mahape Navi Mumbai and Karakhadi Vadodara, expending their operations in the near future in Dahej SEZ. In June 2019 Neogen Chemicals went public with an IPO of 6155813 equity shares at a price of Rs 215 per share including a share premium of Rs 205 per share totaling Rs132.35 Crores, comprising of a fresh issue of 3255813 equity shares and offer for sale of 1699600 shares by Haridas Thakarshi Kanani and 1200400 equity shares Beena Haridas Kanani.
