Megri Soft's shares are listed on BSE and MSEI Stock Exchanges, and have also entered into the requisite Listing Agreement with the Exchanges. In October 18 2016, the company further incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, Megrisoft Limited in London, United Kingdom. There is currently an appeal with CIT Appeals Chandigarh for a demand of Rs. 7347744/ and Rs. 6515710/ for the Assessment Years 2013-14 and 2014-15, respectively. In 2018, MS Shoes East Limited's lawsuit sought an amount of Rs 8576928/ along with interest 18% p.a. The company took suitable legal action against the suit.
