About Likhitha Infrastructure Ltd

Likhitha Infrastructure Ltd was incorporated in India 1998 as a private limited company and is engaged in laying gas and irrigation pipe lines, building bridges and related maintenance work. In 2019, the company switched to public limited company status and changed its name accordingly. During the 2018 Financial Year, the company issued 3500000 equity shares of INR 10 each as bonus shares to the shareholders. In 2020, owing to the Covid19 pandemic, operations were largely affected resulting in slowdown during the months of February and March. But after lockdown, operations have commenced at a slow pace. At present, the company is working with all PSU oil companies and is planning to expand its capacity to lay 250-300 Kms of oil and gas pipelines per year. In 2019-20, the company has successfully completed an Initial Public Offer of 5100000 equity shares at a price of INR 10 including a premium of INR 110 per share. Subsequently, the securities of Likhitha Infrastructure Ltd are listed in the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
