About L&T Finance Ltd

LT Finance Holdings Ltd. (LTFH) is a financial holding company offering a range of products and services including rural housing, wholesale finance, mutual funds, and wealth management services. With the belief and commitment of its promoter Larsen Toubro Ltd., LTFH was incorporated in 2008 as a public limited company. In 2018 LTFH completed the allotment of 10.78 crore equity shares to the promoter at an issue price of Rs. 185.51 per share. The capital infused strengthened the capital adequacy of the company. In June 2018 LTFH opened their 1000th meeting center in Kolkata for micro loans, launched an app with instant loan sanctioning and reoriented its strategies to focus on select products and improve return on equity. In 2019 assets crossed the Rs. 50,000 crore mark. In 2020, LT Investment Management Ltd. was sold to HSBC Asset Management India Private Ltd and the company acted on Real Estate projects by providing repayments/prepayments of over Rs. 3,000 crore. They also initiated a Small and Medium Enterprise Loans pilot to carry out the financing needs of the country.
