About Kellton Tech Solutions Ltd

Kellton Tech Solutions Limited (formerly known as VFM Soft Tech Ltd), a global software services company providing Consulting, Enterprise Solutions, Application Development and Management, Outsourcing Services and Mobility Solutions, was incorporated in 1993 and is headquartered in India. The company’s pilot project of 9 hectares of water spread area was started in 1994 and commercial production has commenced since then. In the year 1999-2000 the company’s income rose substantially to Rs. 415.30 lakhs (6.85 times increase). Kellton Tech Solutions has also signed an agreement with Medical Communications Systems, Massachusetts, US and launched a subsidiary company viz VMF Netventures Ltd to handle its portal business. In 2011, the name was changed to KELLTON Tech Solutions Limited and the company acquired several software companies and service companies like Bokanyi Consulting, ProSoft Technology Group, Vivos Professional Services LLC and Lenmar Group. The Company has developed and executed a number of software development projects and assignments for its clients based in US and India like designing and developing E-commerce enabled web sites for Lawn Garden Inc. and Nakloo, designing, development and implementation of Port Information System for Asias largest ship breaking yard etc. In 2019, Kellton Tech Solutions launched Kellton 4Media to generate new transformative value for the media industry, and launched a full suite human capital management solution tHrive. It also developed sophisticated Propensity Models, and implemented Cloud-based AI- enabled IoT platform Optima.
