About Jullundur Motor Agency (Delhi) Ltd

Jullundur Motor Agency Delhi Limited (JMADL) is a public limited company incorporated in India in 1949, and has been providing spare parts and petroleum products for motor vehicles since 1927. JMADL has two subsidiaries viz. JMA Rane Marketing Limited and two associate companies, Jullundur Auto Sales Corporation Limited and ACL Components Limited. In 2014 it made repayment of its entire deposits amounting to Rs. 9,23,54,000. To support inventory, in 2015-16, it spent Rs. 11,99,33,14 as capital expenditure; and in 2016-17, it invested Rs. 6,89,56,20. In 2019, it acquired 48.97% stake in JMA Rane Marketing from Rane Holdings Limited. Furthermore, voluntarily by shareholders, equity shares of Rs. 10/- each were subdivided into 5 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each, increasing the number of equity shares from 5,96,36,10 to 29,81,80,50 fully paid up capital.
