About Sansera Engineering Ltd

Sansera Engineering Limited was incorporated in 1981 in Bengaluru, India as a private limited company. It specializes in precision engineering components such as connecting rod, rocker arm, crankshaft, gear shifter fork stem, and aluminium forged parts for automotive and non-automotive sectors. On 19 June 2018, the company was converted to a public limited company. Following the Board and Shareholders resolution dated 27 July and 28 July 2018 respectively, every one equity share of face value Rs 100 each was subdivided into 50 equity shares of Rs 2 each. As a bonus issue, 43699500 equity shares of Rs 2 each were allotted by 31st July 2018 and 4441350 equity shares of Rs 2 each were allotted on conversion of Series A CCPS on 3rd September 2021. On 24 September 2021, 17244328 equity shares of Rs 2 each were offered and allotted to the public at a premium of Rs 742 per share. This public issue was conducted for a value of Rs 1283 crores.
