About Indo Euro Indchem Ltd

Rinku Polychem RPL was established in 1990 as a private limited company, and in 1992 it went public. In order to fund the Rs 10.85 crore project of manufacturing dyes, dye-intermediates, and speciality chemicals, the company issued 60 lakh equity shares at par, at Rs 6 crore. The project offered backward and forward linkages with chemical industries in and around Mumbai. To tap the overseas market, the company entered into an MoU with Universal Man, Hong Kong and a technical collaboration with Yusa Technica Company, Japan. The production of RPL is exported majorly, out of which almost 60 percent of them are exported. Foreign exchange earnings in 1996 of the company was nil. With parallel group company - Bahubali Chemicals Pvt Ltd, Rinku Polychem is geared towards success.
