About Hitech Corporation Ltd

HiTech Plast Containers India Ltd is set to undergo a major corporate restructuring, involving the amalgamation of Plastic Precision Machinefabrik Pvt Ltd with itself. Through this merger, HiTech Plast will be able to quickly and cost-effectively integrate Plastic Precision Machinefabrik's sophisticated range of packaging products into its existing range. In addition, by having all processes under one roof, HiTech Plast can become more efficient in terms of materials, labour and operational costs, making it a more competitive and profitable business. This merger will result in greater synergy between both companies, leading to more innovation and stronger market positioning for HiTech Plast. Furthermore, this move will help HiTech Plast reach more customers worldwide, enabling them to become a truly global enterprise. The amalgamation is expected to be completed in 2021, with HiTech Plast welcoming Plastic Precision Machinefabrik’s existing employees and new resources to its fold as part of the integration.
