About Garment Mantra Lifestyle Ltd

Garment Mantra Lifestyle Limited, formerly known as Junction Fabrics and Apparels Limited, is a manufacturing and clothing company that was incorporated in November 2011. The company provides services related to fabrics, knitted garments, hosiery garments, and clothing accessories. During the year 202021, the company issued 3,346,135 bonus shares to equity shareholders and holders of warrants. Furthermore, the warrants issued by the company were converted into 4,000,000 equity shares of Rs. 40 each, with a premium amount of Rs. 30. This amounted to a total of Rs. 160,000,000. In addition, the company also made investments in Twenty Twenty Trading LLP and Jannat Fabrics and Apparels Private Limited during the same year, making them material subsidiaries of the company. Overall, Garment Mantra provides an extensive range of services and products in the clothing and lifestyle industry, and is an industry leader.
