About Ganesh Housing Ltd

Ganesh Housing Corporation Ltd is a leading real estate developer in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Founded in 1991, the company has successfully developed over 15 million sq ft of residential space, and has achieved numerous milestones such as earning the ISO 9001:2000 certification for construction methodology and implementing earthquake-resistant schemes. Ganesh Housing also has a specialization in catering to the needs of Residential, Commercial, Hospitality, SEZs, Integrated Townships and Retail segments of the real estate market. The company completed several projects such as Ratnam, Maniratnam, Maniratnam II, Praful Plaza, Elita Town, and is currently in the process of constructing a Golf Township, ShangriLa, Mahalaya II, Mallmax, and Maple County. Moreover, Ganesh Housing has also manufactured subsidiaries such as Monsoon India Infrastructure, Yash Organiser, Ramasagar Infrastructure, Nachiket Properties, Manjari Thaltej Complex, and Shaily Infrastructure, amongst others. Recently, the company launched a residential project for construction of 208 apartments and 13 shops in Paldi and launched Malabar County III and Malabar Exotica Projects respectively. Finally, The Honble National Company Law Tribunal has also approved the Amalgamation of three transferor companies into Ganesh Housing Corporation Ltd.
