About Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Ltd

Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Limited (API) was established in 1967 by Sushil Ansal and Pranav Ansal with a mission to develop and promote real estate projects. It is known for its residential, commercial, and retail projects located in the Delhi NCR, U.P, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, and more. In 2000, their financial debt rating was downgraded from MB to MB, indicating inadequate safety.

Throughout its growth, the company has always focused on providing technical and management expertise to smaller towns to manage congestion in metros and improve the lifestyle of people living in smaller towns. In 2006, Ansal API entered into a Joint Venture agreement with Faber Facilities SDNBHD and since then, they have partnered with ILFS Investment Managers, UEM Builders from Malaysia, and HDFC India Real Estate Fund among others. In 2007, they were awarded the ISO 9001:2000 for Quality Management and in 2008 became a Joint Venture company with UEM Builders in April of the same year.

Ansal API continues to focus on establishing presence in IT parks and developing integrated townships in tier II cities. They are also committed to providing better dwelling units to the urban poor with special emphasis to environmental improvement. They have subsidiaries, chain subsidiaries, associates, and joint ventures in many of their projects. Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020-21, Caliber Properties Private Limited ceased to be a subsidiary company.
