About Espire Hospitality Ltd

Usha Housing Development Company Ltd was established in October 1991 to provide infrastructure and construction services by the Usha India Ltd group. The core promoters of the company, Vinay and Anil Rai, have come out with a public issue of 3500000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each for cash to part finance existing projects and for the purposes of execution of various projects. This company is engaged in developing multi-storeyed buildings, commercial complexes and providing real estate promotion services. It is also planning to set up Software Technology Parks in several states and undertake turnkey projects for the construction of residential, commercial and industrial complexes along with managing properties.
