About Asian Hotels (North) Ltd

Asian Hotels North Ltd is one of India's premier hospitality industry players, operating a network of deluxe-category hotels under the Hyatt Regency Hotels brand. Founded in 1980, their first hotel, the 5-star deluxe Hyatt Regency Delhi opened in 1982. It currently offers 508 rooms and suites, along with amenities such as internet, swimming pool, fitness centre, business centre, boutiques, salon and restaurants. In 2002, the company set up its first out-of-Delhi presence with the opening of Hyatt Regency in Kolkata and Mumbai. Further additions to their network, Chillwinds Hotels Ltd, Vardhman Hotels Ltd and Aria Hotels and Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd, occurred with the financial year 2007-08. In 2010, the company legally separated into three groups, the Jatia Group, the Gupta Group and Saraf Group, each with their own hotels. The company is currently developing a project for serviced apartments to be completed by 2011-12. The structure of their existing hotel at New Delhi is also being renewed and expanded as of 2013, in two phases with additional 24 bays, a multicuisine restaurant, updated fitness centre, new ballroom, meeting rooms etc. They have further acquired a subsidiary in Singapore, Fineline Hospitality and Consultancy Pte. Ltd. The Company also launched an exclusive members-only club, The Council in 2017-18, for the industry's leading players.
