About EP Biocomposites Ltd

EP Biocomposites Limited is a Public Limited Company established on January 17th 2020 with the Registrar of Companies Goa. Pursuant to Business Takeover Agreement in August 2021, the Company took over the running business of M/s. OM Ventures. EP Biocomposites Limited is engaged in the manufacturing and providing of bio-toilet solutions, wastewater recycling through its solutions in Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) and Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), and Fibre Glass Doors along with other allied products. To date, the Company has supplied over 200000 FRP doors helping to save thousands of trees, as well as 2500 Bio Toilets to households. In addition, it recycles 1 Million litres of waste every day for leading Hotels, Industries, and Housing Companies. EP Biocomposites Limited is dedicated to giving sanitation solutions to those without access to toilets, or who have toilets but without the necessary waste management, by offering their anaerobic biodigester technology licensed from DRDO, helping users to manage waste onsite without depending on energy-consuming sewage infrastructure.
