About Span Divergent Ltd
The Company completed an expansion and modernization project at Udhna, with an investment of Rs.31.62 lakhs in internal accruals and Rs.30 lakhs in term loan financing. It also entered into a technical arrangement with Bioprobe Netherlands, Path USA, and Dynajen USA for further production of HIV dipsticks, mycodot, and monoclonal antibodies.
In addition, the Company launched various new products such as One Step Lateral Chromotography Based Assay, which will be marketed under the brand of CRYSTAL, and HIV Flow Through. A distributorship with Murex Biotech, which is now owned by Abbott Diagnostics USA, is also expected to generate substantial income from the niche market of the Blood Bank Segment.
