About Elgi Rubber Company Ltd

Elgi Rubber Company Limited (ERCL) was established in October 2006 in Coimbatore, India. The company specializes in manufacturing rubber industrial products, predominantly used in the tyre sector, along with tools, accessories and raw materials. ERCL operates from India with additional subsidiaries in Australia, Brazil, Kenya, the Netherlands, Sri Lanka and the United States of America. The company has state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities, testing laboratories and R&D centres around the world, delivering top quality service to their customers. In November 2020, the Registrar of Companies in Coimbatore informed that the name of Titan Tyrecare Products LLP, a wholly-owned LLP of the ERCL was dissolved. Also, the assets of the ERCL’s subsidiary, Rubber Compounding Holland B.V. were sold to QEW Specialty Compounding B.V. in the Netherlands. Necessary application to liquidate Rubber Compounding Holland B.V. has been submitted to the statutory authorities in the Netherlands.
