Company Information

Dhunseri Investments Ltd, established in 1997 in Kolkata, is engaged mainly in Trading and Investment in Shares. Its name was changed to Dhunseri Investments Ltd in 2010. Exploring new opportunities in the market, the company listed its equity shares on the Bombay and National Stock Exchange in 2011. With the sanction of the Honble High Court at Calcutta by an Order dated 7th August 2015, the transfer of Assets and Liabilities of Another Company PVIL became effective from 1st April 2014 and became an Associate of Dhunseri Investments Ltd. Tastetaria Foods Private Ltd. also became a subsidiary of DVL in 2018. Both M/s Dhunseri Tea Industries Ltd. and M/s Dhunseri Overseas Private Ltd. were Associates of Dhunseri Investments Ltd. on 31 March 2020. Global Foods Pte. Ltd. got amalgamated with Twelve Cupcakes Pte Ltd in 2019. In November 2020, M/s Dhunseri Poly Films Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated and DVL USA INC was incorporated in 2021, further becoming a step down subsidiary of Dhunseri Ventures Ltd. in 2022. Dhunseri Investments Ltd. thus continues to explore new opportunities and consolidate its investments.
