About Capital Trade Links Ltd

Capital Trade Links Limited is a growing Non Banking Financial Company (NBFC) involved in advancing loans and financing of various types to individuals, entrepreneurs, and business entities, such as venture capital, equity financing, personal and secured loans, business loans, loans against property, etc. The company has a paid-up capital of Rs. 509.8 lakhs, composed of 509.8 lakhs of equal-valued equity shares. During the year 2017-18, the company has given out loans for purchases of ERickshaws, personal loans, business loans, SME loans, two-wheeler loans, and loan against property. The listing agreement of the company, in accordance with SEBI Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements Regulation was renewed in February, 2016. During the financial year 2018-19, ERickshaw loans became the mainstay of the company. In February 2019, RBI harmonized different categories of companies into NBFC Investment and Credit Company, using which the company falls in the category of Investment and Credit Company.
