About CMX Holdings Ltd

Siel Financial Services Limited is a non-banking financial company based in Indore, India, and is a subsidiary of Mawana Sugars Limited. Originally established in 1990 under the name Titawi Sugar Works, in 2003 it delisted its stock from three stock exchanges - Delhi, Calcutta and Ahmedabad. It offers a full range of financial services, including loan/ICDs, advance leasing, bill discounting, investments, and other activities. It was promoted by Shriram Industrial Enterprises, headed by Siddharth Shriram, with an initial focus on manufacturing soybean & rapeseed oil, refined oil, vanaspati, and deoiled cake. Funds raised from a 1993 stock market introduction were used to set up a 500 tons-per-day oil seed or 600 tons-per-day oil cake processing facility in Dewas, Madhya Pradesh. Siel Financial Services provides comprehensive financial services that assist in meeting all of their customer’s needs.
