About Quest Capital Markets Ltd

BNK Financial Services Limited (formerly known as BNK Leasing Limited) was incorporated on 17 April 1986. It was promoted by B.N. Khandelwal, R.S. Khandelwal and Ajit Khandelwal and currently operates primarily in trading of securities, mobilizing fixed deposits, equity investment syndication services, loan syndication services, bill discounting services, lease consultancy, and other services. It set up an equity research cell to conduct indepth research into companies and industry. In 200001 the company invested Rs.2.88 crores to set up an international call centre at Infinity Towers, Salt Lake, Kolkata. They have surrendered registration as Category 1 Merchant Bankers with SEBI and is reviving their application with RBI to act as NBFC.
