Anna Infrastructures Ltd was incorporated as a Public limited Company on February 8, 1993. It initially operated as a Registered Non-Banking Finance Company under the guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India. In 2001, the company diversified from a Finance to a Real Estate Business, changing its name from Anna Finance Limited to Anna Infrastructures Limited on February 12, 2007. Anna Infrastructures Ltd is active in two major segments – real estate loans and investments, and has several projects located in and around Delhi and Agra, like the Ikon Residency, Ikon City, Icon Greens, Icon Vatica, Anna Complex, Anna Ikon and Shivalik Residency. With over 25 years of experience in the real estate market, Anna Infrastructures Ltd proudly provides world-class construction and thoughtful designs on residential projects.
