About Ansal Housing Ltd

Ansal Housing Construction Ltd, founded by the Ansal family in October 1983, has made real estate development its main business and is dedicated to creating low- to medium-range residential property. The company's operations are mainly concentrated in and around Delhi, especially in the Noida and Ghaziabad regions of Uttar Pradesh. In August 1999, a restructuring plan was created that involved consolidating the operations of AHCL, Ansal Properties and Industries Ltd and AB. Infrastructure diversification was put on hold in order to focus on real estate and hotel development. In 2001, Ansal Group launched a new residential project in Panchvati Enclave, Meerut, in joint venture with the Meerut Development Authority. Another residential project is set to launch in early 2002 in Gurgaon and is expected to generate approximately Rs 45 crores in turnover during the first six months.
