Advance Lifestyles Ltd was established in 1988 to conduct business in trading of textiles, cloth, and real estate development. By 2014, only one subsidiary, Grant Infrastructure Private Limited, remained, after two subsidiaries were disinvested in 2014. In accordance with an agreement made between a recognized representative Union of the Mill workers and the Order of the Honble Gujarat High Court, the Company received additional resignations from workers before the end of the fiscal year 2015. With three decades of experience in the industry, Advance Lifestyles Ltd is well-equipped to continue its operations, providing the highest quality of products and services.
