About Z F Steering Gear (India) Ltd

ZF Steering Gear India Limited, established in 1981, is a leader in supplying and manufacturing of steering systems for buses, tractors and vehicles. It has two plants in Vadu Budruk, Pune and Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh which provides safety to its drivers and reduces their fatigue by fitting buses with power steering gears. The original partners of the company, ZF Friedrichshfan AG Germany and Robert Bosch GmbH, jointly set up ZF Lenksysteme GmbH with equal stake-holding of 50% each. The company was also awarded the ISO 9001 Certificate for 3 years and as part of restructuring, the holding company, ZFBTL merged with ZFLS. To Further expand the capacity, the company installed windmills with 0.35MW and 1MW and rooftop solar project at the Vadu Budruk plant. Moreover, in 2018, two wholly-owned subsidiaries- DriveSys Systems Private Limited and NexSteer Systems Private Limited were created. As of April 2022, ZF Steering Gear India Limited, with 27 years of excellence, is one of the leading suppliers of steering systems for bus, trucks, tractors and vehicles.
