About VMS Industries Ltd

VMS Industries Ltd is an ISO 9001:2008, ISO14001:2004, ISO 300002009 OHSAS18001:2007 certified company for Ship Recycling and Offshore Business. With a private limited company inception in 1991 and the name changed to VMS Industries Ltd in May 2007, the company began its Ship Recycling Action at Sosiya Ship Breaking Yard in Gujarat in 2008 and entered the Offshore Business Activities and Supporting Services. Having acquired a plot in Alang Sosiya via auction and Charter Agreements with GMB for two vessels, they purchased a total of 10 ships in 2009 and achieved the Certifications from URS Certification Ltd in 2010. They are looking to expand the Ship Recycling Activity and Offshore Supporting Services with additional modernization of its Ship Recycling Plot.
