The company was incorporated in 1991 with its capital subscribed by Vista Pharmaceuticals Inc. from the State of New Jersey, USA. In 2010, the company obtained approval from the US Food and Drug Administration, and produced 20.488 million numbers of tablets. Vista Pharmaceuticals Limited is in the process of setting up a 100 EOU for the manufacture of drug formulations with an installed capacity of 400 million tablets and 200 million capsules per annum.
