About Valiant Organics Ltd

Valiant Organics Ltd. was established in 2005 as a Private Limited Company in India. It is a specialty chemical manufacturer for Agro Intermediate and Pharma. It has six manufacturing units in five locations, Tarapur Sarigam Vapi Jhagadia and Ahmedabad. In 2018 Abhilasha Tex Chem Limited got merged with the Company effective from February 21, 2018, and additional Equity Shares were allocated to the shareholders of the transferor company on March 15, 2018. Also, the company started expansion of the manufacturing capacities of Chloro Phenols capacity at Sarigam and Jhagadia plant. In 2019, a Scheme of Merger between Amarjyot Chemicals Limited and the Company was proposed on March 8, and became effective from October 1, 2017. Valiant Organics Ltd is a major supplier of chloro phenols in India and abroad, specialising in providing world class quality chemichals with state of the art laboratories helmed by qualified and dedicated chemists.
