About Uravi Defence & Technology Ltd

Uravi T & Wedge Lamps Ltd. was originally established in 2004 as a private limited company. It changed its name to a public limited company in 2018. Uravi is a lamps & lighting products manufacturer with its focus on the production of automotive lamps and instrument cluster lighting. It specializes in manufacturing and distributing Stop & Tail Lamps, Signal Lamps & Wedge Lamps for twowheelers, fourwheelers, tractors and industrial applications etc. In line with technological advancements, the company has entered into a partnership with a Philippines based company to develop LED lighting products. Uravi operates two manufacturing locations in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra and Kathua, Jammu & Kashmir. Since its commencement, the company has received accolades such as ISO/TS certification, Automotive Research Association of India certification, EMark certifications etc. It has undergone significant milestones, such as increasing its paid up capital from Rs. 100000 to Rs. 60000000, entering into a long lease for the factory in Jammu & Kashmir and registering the trademark "UVAL" word. Uravi is looking to list its shares on the EMERGE Platform of the National Stock Exchange.
