Upgrading its spinning unit from 40000 spindles, the company increased its paid capital from Rs. 69838500/ to Rs.209515500/ in 2021 after a 2:1 bonus equity share allotment of Rs. 10/ each. Together, its two units manufacture grey cloth, cotton spun yarn, and other woven fabric products.
