About Tilaknagar Industries Ltd

Tilaknagar Industries Ltd. (TI), formerly The Maharashtra Sugar Mills Limited (MSM), is an established manufacturer and distributor of alcoholic beverages with a portfolio of whisky, brandy, rum, gin and vodka across India, SouthEast Asia, African countries, Middle East, and Europe. Founded in 1933, initially in the business of manufacturing sugar and allied products, TI has evolved over the period using innovation and consumer preferences to curate experiences. It now operates 1 owned facility, 3 liquor subsidiaries, and 12 leased/tie up units with 100 KLPD molasses based and 100 KLPD grain based distillation plants and IMFL bottling plant located at Shrirampur Maharashtra. The company launched Seven Islands Vintage Single Malt Scotch Whisky in London in 2012 and has recently acquired 26 stake in Mason Summers Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd. that offers sales, marketing and distribution of Old Monk Rum in North and East India. Their core competencies and conscious efforts have enabled them to become a strong player in the liquor industry and have achieved the milestone of becoming a Millionaire Brand. TI has recently amended Trademark License agreement with Punjab Expo Breweries Pvt. Ltd. and commenced production of brands of French multinational Pernod Ricar India Pvt. Ltd. at its Shrirampur bottling facility. Furthermore, the Company also approved a Composite Scheme of Amalgamation involving absorption and vesting of four wholly-owned subsidiaries. With a legacy of almost 9 decades, Tilaknagar Industries Ltd. is a widely respected player in the alcoholic beverages industry with an impressive track record of providing quality products and services and setting benchmarks.
