About Texmo Pipes & Products Ltd

Texmo Pipes and Products Ltd is a public limited company that was incorporated on July 3rd, 2008 and is engaged in manufacturing a range of PVC and HDPE pipes for use in irrigation, agriculture, water supply schemes, sewerage, drainage systems and construction industry. They have their marketing presence in states of Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh and Rajasthan, and an extensive dealer network. The company was originally started as a partnership firm, Shree Mohit Industries on May 13 1999. After consolidating and expanding their operations, their installed capacity was increased to 12211 MTPA for PVC pipes, and 8095 MTPA for HDPE pipes. In August 2008, Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) was signed to purchase the assets and liabilities of 3 promoter group entities. In September 2008 Unit II was commissioned for manufacturing PVC and HDPE pipes ranging from 20mm to 630mm. The company is now in the process of increasing the installed capacity to 41674 MTPA for PVC pipes and 11023 for HDPE pipes. In addition, they plan to diversify their business by manufacturing woven sacks, injection mouldings and CVPC pipes in order to cater to their customers in macro irrigations, sprinkler irrigation, lift irrigation and the construction sector. Finally, they have plans to expand their customer base in existing domestic markets and explore new geographic areas including Southern India, Bihar, Jharkhand and West Bengal.
