About Suraj Ltd

Reliable Finance Limited (RFL) was incorporated as a private limited company on 20th Jan, 1994 and subsequently converted into a public limited company on 3rd May 1995. Promoted by Mr. Ashok T Shah and Mr. Dinesh S Shah and their associates, the company has previously been in the business of investment leasing and finance. Upon amalgamation with Suraj Stainless Ltd., the company changed their business to the manufacturing of Stainless Steel Welded Pipes/Tubes and their name from Suraj Finsec Limited to Suraj Stainless Limited. In the year 1999-2000, RFL obtained ISO 9002 Quality System Product Certification from BVQI. Thus, RFL’s quality control and assurance obtained worldwide recognition as a premier manufacturer of Stainless Steel Welded Pipes and Tubes.
