Company Information

Shree Manufacturing Company was incorporated in Nov.76 to take over the assets and liabilities of Indian Copper Corporation. Initially, they were engaging in investment, but subsequently, they were able to set up a spinning mill in Medak district of Andhra Pradesh. This spinning mill has a capacity of 15,840 spindles. To fund this, the company issued 287,000 12 Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of INR 100 each to ICICI Ltd. However, their accumulated losses have exceeded their net worth, making them a Sick Company, leading to them entering into an agreement with SBI to aid them in compensating their dues.
