About Shamrock Industrial Co Ltd

Shamrock Industrial Co. Ltd has been involved in the trade of dyes, chemicals and pharmaceutical raw materials and intermediates since July 1995. To finance a Bulk Drug project in Khapoli, Maharashtra, the company issued 6,200,100 Equity Shares of Rs.10 each, totalling Rs.6.20 crores. To further the project, converting debentures of Rs.14.50 were issued. However, due to lack of funds, the construction process for the FRUSEMIDE Bulk Drug Project couldn't be finished. The company faced a setback in July 2001 when it had to forfeit 100,740 Equity Shares for non-payment of call money.
