About Nouveau Global Ventures Ltd

Nouveau Global Ventures Limited was established in 1988 as Nouveau Consultancy Services Private Limited. Following a series of name changes, the company was officially listed on the Stock Exchange of Mumbai, Kolkata and Ahmedabad as Nouveau Finance Limited in 1995, and then changed its name to Nouveau Multimedia Limited in 2000 and Nouveau Global Ventures Limited in 2011 when it diversified into the entertainment business. Promoted by Mr. Krishan Khadaria, Nouveau currently acquires and trades media telecast rights, as well as trading in shares and securities, hardware and software, agriculture products and infrastructure business. It has also launched two film trade magazines- Bhojpuri City and Maza Cinema- reaching three years of success.
