Proventus Agrocom Limited conducts business operations in the agro produce segment with a presence in the APMC Navi Mumbai and broker network. Established in 2015 as Manthan AgroCom Private Limited in Mumbai, the company converted to a Public Limited Company in 2023, changing its name to Proventus Agrocom Limited. Proventus Agrocom's business model covers sourcing from farms to secondary processing, packing, and white labeling activities in the commodity value chain. In 2017, to meet evolving consumer demands, the company launched its ProV brand with a selection of premium quality dry fruits, nuts, and seeds. ProV Foods, a subsidiary of Proventus Agrocom, launched ProV Minis snack packs in 2019 for healthy nutrition on the go. An agreement was also entered into with Chef Sanjeev Kapoor and KS Narayanan for promotional and brand endorsement of ProV Foods. In a bid to take the company public, an Initial Public Offer (IPO) has been proposed for issuing up to 2,30,147 Equity Shares.
