About Sastasundar Ventures Ltd

Sastasundar Ventures Ltd., formerly known as Microsec Financial Services Ltd., is a non-banking financial company registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). Primarily providing retail broking and investment banking services, the company offers financial products and services to its client base of retail investors, high-net-worth individuals, companies, and institutions. At present, the company is focusing largely on the business of digital network of healthcare and portfolio management services. The company also gives loans against shares to its clients at appropriate margin levels. It was incorporated in 1989, and since then the company has significantly expanded its operations. Currently, they have a network of 239 branches, of which 99 branches are located in Kolkata. In 2014, Sastasundar.com, an innovative digital pharmacy and healthcare store was launched. Subsequently, in 2016 the company sold 100 shares of Microsec Capital Limited, while in 201819, the company entered into a Share Purchase Agreement. In 2021, Sastasundar Healthbuddy Limited entered into a share subscription and purchase agreement with Flipkart Health Private Limited and gave up 75.1 of its equity hold in Sastasundar Marketplace Limited, now known as Flipkart Health Limited, thus ceasing to be a stepdown subsidiary of the company.
