About Sadhana Nitro Chem Ltd

Sadhana Nitro Chem Limited was incorporated in 1973 and is involved in the manufacture of chemical intermediates, performance chemicals, and wireless network equipment and services. With know-how from Biazzi Switzerland, the company has set up a plant for the production of meta amino phenol (MAP) with a capacity of 500 tonnes per annum. Additionally, the firm diversified its activities and went public with an offering of 3.98 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each to finance said project. The company’s exports comprise over 76% of its overall sales, while having been granted the status of a Golden Export House by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade of the Ministry of Commerce in India. It was also awarded with the ISO 9002 from Bureau of Indian Standard in 1999-2000. Bonus shares were allotted to shareholders in 200203 in a ratio of 2:5, with a total of 5,84,414 shares being issued. Apart from this, the firm converted one of its furnace oil-based boilers to Bagasse-based in 2010 and M/s. Anuchem Private Limited, Singapore ceased to be its wholly-owned subsidiary in 2014-2015.
