Rotographics India Ltd. is an established trading company, specializing in paper, steel, heavy machinery and fabrics, founded in January 16th 1976. In 2015-16, 292000 partly paid up equity shares, equating to Rs. 1460000, were forfeited due to a failure to pay the remaining allotment money by shareholders. Rotographics India Ltd. subsequently applied for listing with the BSE Limited for their Equity shares, through the Direct Listing Route, which was approved on the 13th of June 2016, granting them full access to the BSE Limiteds services.
