About Rita Finance and Leasing Ltd

Rita Finance and Leasing Limited is a public, non-banking financial company registered with the Reserve Bank of India. Established in 1981 under the Companies Act 1956, the company has grown steadily over the years; in 2018, it received approval from its members for the allotment of 1700000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each. Moreover, in 2019 the company received approval for the issue of 700000 bonus shares. In 2021, the company further increased its equity capital by allotting additional 6500000 equity shares of Rs 10 each on a preferential basis to its members. As of March 2021, the company's paid-up share capital stands at Rs. 100000000 divided into 10000000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
