About Richfield Financial Services Ltd

Richfield Financial Services Private Ltd (RFSL) was incorporated on 16th April 1992 as a private limited company. By 5th February 1993, it was converted into a public limited company. It offers a wide range of financial services such as merchant banking, stockbroking, portfolio management, loan syndication and capital structuring; apart from fund-based activities such as leasing, investments, bill discounting and bought out deals. In February 1996, it was listed in the Bombay Stock Exchange by launching an IPO of 950,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each with a premium of Rs 4 per share amounting to Rs 133 lakh. This listing was aimed to strengthen its capital base and long-term resources to accomplish the goals of its expanding activities.
